Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over each fillet.
Sprinkle the minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper evenly over the salmon.
Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with your choice of side dishes, such as roasted Brussels sprouts and quinoa.
