  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated well. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. While the beef is marinating, slice the bell peppers and trim the snap peas. Set aside.

  3. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  4. Once hot, add the marinated beef slices, spreading them out in a single layer.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to allow the beef to sear and brown on one side.

  6. Then, stir-fry the beef for an additional 2-3 minutes until it's cooked through.

  7. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

  8. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil

  9. Add the sliced bell peppers and snap peas to the skillet.

  10. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  11. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir everything together until evenly combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
